The Mediterranean Fan Palm Tree is a small clumping palm with spinney leaf stems. This palm gives a Mediterranean garden appearance and is a specimen or in a grouping.

About the Mediterranean fan Palm:

The Mediterranean Fan Palm Tree, also known as the European Fan Palm, is a great clumping palm tree variety.  As the name suggests it comes from the areas outlining the Mediterranean Sea.

The tree is usually seen in short clump although single specimen can grow up to 20 feet in time. As for cold hardiness, the European Fan Palm will likely show damage below 15°.

This palm gives a Mediterranean garden appearance and is a specimen or in a grouping.

The Mediterranean Fan Palm Tree is recommended for Mt. Pleasant, Charleston, Kiawah SC and surrounding areas.
